    Avernus - Infected mane chains farming causing violent gameplay

    This is my personal opinion. It's interesting to see how dynamics in the game change when new content is released. The development of these tribes of what i call "marauders" who seem like gangs rushing around from one spawn spot to another and jumping instances was already creepy enough as if you get near one of those spots, they come at you letting you know it's taken. Ok i think, i respect that i will come back another time... (I don't want they report me or something and lose my game). But things went more intense with the T2 hunts... more gangs around and more aggressive. I avoid them and go to not taken spots or instances... so i was i finishing one infected mane and one of these guys came and also attacked it... no respect at all... so I thought ok he must really need this chain. 2 seconds after i see his message on top of his char. Saying "WTT 39chains x..." and I thought... ok this is really bad... as if there was not already enough bullying and aggression in this game. I strongly believe the developers should change the way to farm these chains, I don't want to be fighting other guys for a drop... today I killed more than 10 inf. Manes with no chains drop and avoiding the marauders... not sure what you think, but i think it really sucks, demotivates and the whole farming system generates violence.

    Tank comparison

    Hi i am a month old barb player. I am wondering about what are the differences, pros and cons of tank specializations in this game and if sentinel has some good use as a tank role. All answers appreciated. O/

    Just gotta say it. Chest loot should be like this all the time not just for the dungeon delvers event! I've been grinding random epic dungeons and IC whenever I can play lately and I got 1 account bound coal ward from a lomm. I don't think these drop rates are too high because I've actually managed to get something of use from all chests that I've rerolled, even if it's just a genies gift or something small like that. I haven't gotten anything to sell for a bunch of AD or anything very useful but It actually gives some kind of meaning to running dungeons other than just to get your daily rough AD.

    What weapon enchant should i get for thaumaturge wizard?

    i use all aoe powers( icy terrain, fan the flame, fireball, conduit of ice) so i was thinking lightning enchant to enhance my aoe spells. also is it cheaper to buy a rank 10-12(not sure wich to get yet) and upgrade it to rank 14 or just buy the rank 14

    Fighter vanguard trouble

    I have a fighter vanguard alt at level 80 with an item level just south of 20k and I am having trouble. I used a recent build I saw online which is designed for end game tanking. Trouble is I am not nor will I be end game tanking anytime soon so I was wondering if I should switch to dreadnought until I get to end game? Problem I am having is I don't know what rotation I should be using or even where my damage comes from. I just engage mobs and my hps never drop and I slowly kill them with boredom. Maybe there is a faster way to kill mobs with a tank build but I am just mashing buttons as they refresh and can't seem to figure out what is doing damage. I am not even sure what at will power is my bread and butter so I am using one and switching back and forth.

    The build I am using is this one. vanguard build

    Any insight is appreciated. My main is a blade master barb so I wanted to try a different role but I might have to dps this fighter until I am high enough to consider tanking.

    Best defense companion slot bonus?

    Which companion gives the best defensive slot player bonus for a stat capped rogue? I meet stat caps for TOMM and Zariel. Currently using a wayward wizard that gives defense and armor pen bonus. I feel like there's something better

    Mod19 wizard questions

    I'm returning from a short hiatus from mod 17. As I understand it different areas have lower stat caps; averus having 90k, and everywhere else being 80k before scaling. Is this correct and do the numbers scale correctly to lower dungeons if I have stats right at 80k?

    Am I better off using one load out with my stats worked directly to the 80k cap while stacking power for everything outside of avernus? The other load out would be geared to the 90k cap. I lose just over 19k power by stepping the others up.

    Also, is arcanist really the way to go across the board? Thaum seems to do much better against everything except bosses; but I may just be continually screwing up the arcanist rotation.

    I'm obviously not looking at endgame runs, just getting through the 2 newest campaigns, gathering gear and running the random queues.

    I just got done reading the bonding runestone update thing to companions what I am gathering is that if your stats are exactly how you want them you are not spending any real money in the game so in order to make you spend real money in the game they are going to mess up your stats and make you pay to get your stats back to where you already had them am i getting that right or no?

    Hi guys,

    I need your help. I am a Level 80 Barbar Blademaster (see screenshots of my stats etc.) and I am at a point where I don't know what my next steps should be. I would like to increase my item level (at the moment 23.067) and improve and cap my stats. I am currently collecting boons through the campaigns. What should I focus on right now? Buying mounts? (I only have green ones), buying artifacts?, buying companion?, buying bonding runestones (i have one rank 9 and two rank 8) ? buying enchantments (all are rank 8)

    What would be a reasonable order? What would you recommend?

    Mount bolster question!

    Ok I kinda understand now. But what stats would i get if the only mount i have is king of spines? It gives 10%bolster so what stats would i actually get for it? Including that stats it does give? U guys r a big help I'm fairly new but learning fast. Thank you. =*

    The Game is called NeverWinter but it literally has a winter festival also a stage that is pure snow and ice so calling it neverwinter when there is winter is weird
