Need advice from Arbiter Clerics - Master Boon choice Posted: 09 Nov 2020 02:24 PM PST Master Boon to pursue for Arbiter: First i have a doubt: i am assuming each rank within a boon is in addition to the previous one (am i right?) I see everywhere that everybody goes for "Blood lust" the rank 2 with potential 120% additional attack makes sense though Action P. Not so much, i am more interested about encounter power rather than Daily. Then why not "Deathly rage" with +2% damage at rank 2 and + 4000 damage to each attack?
