| Was Magistrates Restraint changed recently? Posted: 31 Dec 2019 04:38 PM PST I was going through the insignia effects here and I noticed the effects of Magistrates Restraint could up my dps, and healing when I get my healidin up, so I decided to grab it on my winter wolf. It turns out I have it already and it has a completely different effect than whats written on the website. Instead of stacking 10% of power as damage, or 3% of hp as healing when you crit in game you gain crit avoidance and a team defense buff when you are crit'ed on. [link] [comments] | ||

Quite a few of the Mount Insignia Bonus guides are very dated on the net and dont take into account the last handful of expansions, I see mounts not listed on the online guides that are for sale at say 500k, so are we to take a guess at what bonus it provides? The only system to follow, I assume, is the order in which the Insignias are placed, but then some have universal slots for the last one which can give a choice of such 3 ? | Just started playing for the first time, having a couple problems? Posted: 31 Dec 2019 08:45 AM PST First and foremost, the lag is so bad it's unbearable. I guess it might just be a thing with servers being busy, but when I started my first couple quests and there was no one else, it ran totally fine. But now that I've ended up back in Protector's Enclave it took me about ten minutes just to walk across the street to talk to an npc. Is there anything I can do to help with this? Also once I finally did get across and tried to sell some items to the shopkeeper, he kept the items but I didn't get any money for them. Did I mess it up somehow? It said to drag from the inventory to the boxes to sell instantly and it lists them under "recently sold" but I didn't get any money from them. [link] [comments] | ||
