Hey Cryptic, there are 2 VIP rewards that would be a bless to have.

First one is a dedicated account-wide slot for: Companions, companion items, runestones, companion powers, mount, mount powers, stable and insignia.

How it would work is you would be able to switch onto this slot on any character you want, you will be able to throw in the slot any companion, any rune and item, any power and any mount, mounts in stable or insignia you have on any character on the account (you will be able to mix them as well), it could have a switch on/off so you could switch between character slot and account slot at the altar. You will be able to start brand new alt and have everything from old characters you played as long as you have VIP running on your account.

The bonus could be given at rank 6 or 12 depending how they find out it to be worth it.

It would be one of the biggest QoL changes this game ever seen, the significance of companions and mounts in this game is tremendous and it is always the first thing that is recommended for new players to focus on early, and these are limited by character which is pretty big thing for anyone who is trying to make an alt.

This will allow paying players to enjoy the game more because they will be able to switch from one class to another, discovering better ways to play the game, people will be more willing to experiment with mounts or companions and buy them from zen store spending more money than they would do right now. It would be a win-win situation for cryptic.

The second one is to give us a VIP reward which will allow us to alter our characters look for free, this would be another sweet reward to come with.

I am ready to pay more zen for the VIP if those changes were introduced into the game, i would love to try out other classes without excessive time investment.

Something I found on the Protector's Garden: The good old Salvager, who lost his job after Mod 15 was released. Thank God he's found a new one, though.

Two healers in random epics. Happening since the new mod. Bug?

    Posted: 02 Feb 2020 12:06 AM PST

This happened three times in a row. Some epics aren't viable with two healers. Also, once I'm in I can't switch specs since I queued as heals.

    WE Runes/Companion Gear?

    Posted: 01 Feb 2020 06:06 PM PST

Does using Runes increase the drop rate of epic companion gear?

I'm personally trying to get the Imperial Diamond Belt of the Companion or Pristine Belt of the Companion.

I just did a WE with 1 Rage rune & got a similar IL 1010 ring off the final boss, but I don't know if that had to do with the Rage rune or not

Entry Level Thaum Support Build for ToMM

    Posted: 01 Feb 2020 06:15 AM PST

I am sharing an entry level build Thaum support build to everyone.

I am not an ACT guy. I'm that kind of guy that needs to feel the 'buff'.

There is a high-end build which I have made and tested in ToMM. I wont be sharing it here, because the purpose of this post is to allow more players to complete ToMM. Sharing my high-end build will contradict my main intentions as those parties who should help new people will be busy farming it.

    <Thaumaturge Support Build>

This build is for people with no or abysmal DPS. Your main role is to support. Nothing else.

Best used in: 1-1-8 or 1-2-7 party set up

Do not use if: party has bad DPS to start with. Buffing 50% of nothing is still mothing.

Skills: ROE (Tab), Repel, Entangling Force, Icy Rays/shield (use shield if you have trouble surviving)

At wills: RoF (to add stacks of chill) & scorch (to add smolder & proc tarroka set bonus)

    Features: Critical Conflagration, Swath

Feats: anything that fits your playstyle. Just make sure to have frigid winds & rimfire weaving.

Weapon Set: SH set or MW set (2% bonus damage for DPS in your party) - like I said, if your damage is abysmal to start with, wrecking your own dps to buff party is better

Arti Set: Tarroka Set (buggy but ok)/ apocalypse set (best choice atm)

    Weapon enhancement: Bronzewood

Active Companion: kinda a delicate matter which i am afraid to touch. I will just say I recommend stalwart golden lion for 4% damage buff for everyone in the trial. Another active companion i would recommend is Dread Warrior for 5k power & 10% damage buff for everyone in trial (but dread warrior is a bit buggy in PC ATM. I have it work at times, and not work in other times. I've heard that a recent patch broke it so Consoles may have it less buggy. You console guys have to figure that out... not buying a console just to check that)

Gear: Very important to have 80k defense without any companion buffs. if Your active companion dies without having capped def, halaster's sneeze will kill you. (I felt this one personally)

Hope this helps peeps clear tomm. Leave any questions below. Im pretty sure i missed some stuff.

Is the Red Dragon Ioun Stone worth the Price?

    Posted: 01 Feb 2020 03:44 AM PST

I recently switched my gf to tank and found quite a few people use this comp in their builds. Checked Ah and it's selling for 1.3 mill. And that's a green one.

Is there a comp for defensive slot that's similar, gives HP and healing?
