    Returning player help

    Howdy,

    So decided to comeback and see what's what. Loaded in and got blasted with news/updates, bags overflowing, stats/paragon reset... Been about 2 years since I played, last thing I remember was my guild being pretty solid at Tomb of the Nine(endgame at the time).

    I've got three toons - main Ranger (think it was hunter/trapper), rouge (wasn't almost endgame), cleric (leveled when I was bored). All level 70, main is around 11k GS. Trying to get back with my old guild, in the mean time I'm looking at something like https://nw.mmominds.com/2019/12/19/alternative-ranger-builds-mod18/ is this still relevent? But I'm not sure what's really going on with changes since I've played.

    There's so much shit in my bags I don't even know where to start. Had to salvage out a fair amount just to travel, figure I'll do that to most of the gear as it's lower level.

    Anyway, yeah... any recommendations (like state of the game 2020?). Thanks.

    I am new to Neverwinter and it's been over 7 years since I've played an MMO. Cooperative play is the reason I play MMOs, so I've always loved filling a support role.

    Which class/role is currently the easiest to find a group? The class doesn't need to be easy to learn. I prefer the challenge and I have plenty of time

    Any recommendations on things to farm to get items to sell on AH? Obviously the best rewards come from LoMM, ToMM and IC. Are those pretty much the only ones worth doing? Or are there others that can be farmed by players who aren't quite ready for the big three?

    NOTE: I am not asking about farming AD. I have no trouble hitting the 100k daily cap. I'm looking for equipment/artifacts/mounts/companions to sell on AH.

    Questions regarding Paladin and Fighter

    I'm looking to start this game so I've done some research on the classes. Paladin and Fighter are the two I'm deciding between as I want to be a tank for group content and will play solo outside of that.

    I'm mainly focusing on their non-tank paths and my current understanding is that Paladin's healing path can solo decently well with the downside being that it can take a long time to kill stuff at higher levels. I'm mostly concerned about Fighter's dps path. With a dps path, naturally it can kill stuff faster than Paladin, but what I'm wondering about is its survivability. Paladin basically doesn't have to worry about dying from what I've read, but I'm not sure if I'll have to constantly worry about dying as Fighter. If staying alive isn't really an issue with Fighter's dps path, I'll most likely choose Fighter.

    Another thing I'm curious about is fun factor. Obviously this is personal preference, but I'd like to hear from people who've played both about which one they enjoyed more.

    Newly dinged 80 paladin priorities?

    Hi guys!

    I'm new to neverwinter and have just reached level 80 on my little Justicar Paladin. (Hes a Dwarf).

    I had a blast leveling and it was really enjoyable and generally just went at my own pace. However, now I'm 80 I've found myself overwhelmed by the sheer amount of things to do in game. I'm making steady progress in the Undermountain campaign at the moment and have my GS sitting at just over 16K.

    I'm looking for any information and/or advice as to what my priorities should be now I'm 80, theres obviously so much to do, certain gear/enchants/mounts/companions I should be aiming for and I want to ensure I'm spending my time wisely and investing in the correct things.

    I have managed to get myself a green Ioun Stone companion with rank 10 bonding stones and that's about where I'm up to at the moment, no epic mounts/companions and such like.

    I would really just appreciate any guidance or advice as it's quite overwhelming for me at the moment.

    I play on xbox one just incase that matters

    Buying enchantments or upgrading them?

    Trying to figure out which is cheaper. It's been a bit since I played, but I remember (or I think anyway) it was cheaper up to like rank 9 to just buy them outright. Or do I have that backwards? Either way, which is the cheaper option? I have some AD I'm willing to spend, but want to get my empowered runes up before I move on and that looks like it's going to be a pretty penny.

    Illusionist's gambit

    Does Caprese not give you HP's anymore?

    Am a GF tank and my hp's have gone up due to companion stats but when I use caprese , there is no difference.

    Anyone else notice this?
